Privacy Policy for Supermodel

This Privacy Policy describes how The Bounty App, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Supermodel software and related services (“Services”). This policy applies to all users of Supermodel, including our VS Code extension, APIs, and web interfaces.

Account Information

We collect the following account details for authentication and communication:

• GitHub username and email (via GitHub OAuth)

• Optional name or organization details

Source Code & Graph Data

• Source code: We do not permanently store or train on your source code.

• Your code is uploaded to our servers temporarily for processing and graph generation.

• Once the graph is generated, the source code is immediately deleted.

• Graphs: Graph data (nodes, relationships, and metadata) are stored in a Neo4j database hosted by Neo4j. No code is stored in the graph.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party providers:

• AI Processing: We may use OpenAI, Gemini and Anthropic Models served through OpenRouter (with the shortest available retention policy)

• Payments: Stripe

• Hosting & Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure

• Analytics: Google Analytics

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate and manage user accounts

• Generate and store user-requested code graphs

• Process payments

• Improve service reliability and performance

• Provide user support and communications

• Analyze product usage and improve features

We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes.

• All transmissions are protected with industry-standard encryption.

• Graph and account data are securely stored on trusted providers (Azure, Neo4j).

• Third-party vendors are contractually obligated to maintain strong data protection standards.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• Source code is deleted immediately after graph generation.

• Account and graph data are retained as long as your account is active.

• You may request full account deletion at any time by contacting abe@supermodel.software.

• Third-party providers may retain minimal metadata as required by their policies.

We may disclose information only:

• To service providers (e.g., Neo4j, Azure, Stripe, OpenRouter) for operational purposes

• When required by law or legal process

• To protect the rights, property, or safety of The Bounty App, Inc. or its users

We never sell or lease personal or technical data.

Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. We ensure adequate safeguards are in place for all such transfers.
